The CP-200 Right Angle Control is a hand control for automobiles designed for use by people with lower extremity or neurological disabilities and leg amputees. The CP-200 Right Angle Control is designed for use on any vehicle with automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes. It is made mostly of black anodized aluminum. The unit is equipped for either right- or left-handed use, but that selection must be specified at time of ordering. The CP-200 uses universal mounting brackets and does not effect operation of the vehicle by people without disabilities. The user operates the brake by pushing the arm of the hand control toward the brake pedal parallel to the steering column, and the accelerator operates by pulling the handle toward the driver's lap at a right angle. The brake and accelerator can be operated simultaneously for steep grades. INSTALLATION: The control mounts on the steering column, brake and accelerator.
