The Small Parts Training Program is a training system designed to develop job-related skills with hands on training for individuals with a developmental disability. This training program contains hundreds of nuts, bolts and washers, plus olastic sorting bins, plastic bags, various job descriptions and an instrustor's manual. The program allows the teacher to establish a training program in an environment that allows for student observation, evaluation of work behaviors and assistance in correcting problem areas or inappropriate behaviors. Requires student to sort small parts such as nuts bolts and washers; assemble bolts with nuts and/or washers; bag assembled bolts; label and staple bags of bolts; remove staples and labels; and disassemble bolts. Complete program includes instructor's guide, 10 pads of job descriptions, 21 plastic bins, plastic bags, labels, and hundreds of nuts, bolts and washers.
